You can check the status of your order by clicking Track on the My Orders page. Visit My Orders. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via WhatsApp. For hyperlocal Deliveries you will get a tracking link showing the delivery person location & contact. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.
The order confirmation page you will be directed to after placing your order.E-mail confirmation sent to your registered e-mail id.We will send you another confirmation once we ship your order.
If you can see your order has been placed on the My Orders page don’t worry, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS soon. Please check your spam folder as well.
If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, don't worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 7-10 business days. Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method.
No. The BookStation credit is associated with your BookStation account only, and cannot be en-cashed or transferred to other accounts.
We currently do accept payment via international cards.
BookStation.in employees will never ask for your credentials like BookStation password, OTP, Credit/Debit card expiry and CVV or any other confidential information except for your name, address, e-mail id and mobile number.
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or is different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing pages it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

If your order has been shipped we will not be able to make any changes in the delivery address. We can inform our courier partner to send the shipment back to us. Please share the order id number and let us know the next course of action.
In case of a hyperlocal/non-hyperlocal delivery the delivery will be attempted again.

Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start shipping your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to place the new order yourself.

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.
We accept returns within 1 day of the delivery. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
For Hyper Local Delivered books we will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. For courier delivered books we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on BookStation.in that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or BookStation.in Returns policy.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes. Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
