Yoga has been divided into AsanaPranayama practice on one side and Philosophy of Spirituality on the other side. It is intended to combine the both. Due to this difference, Yoga Shastra, which is a very practical science, is not seen as a life science useful in our daily life. Through this book, I hope that the readers will move from 'yoga on the mat’ to yogic science that is useful in everyday life just like a user manual for humans. This book has three parts. First is fitness of the body, second is preparation of the mind and third is yoga that transcends bodymind. It is necessary to practice transcending the body and mind to truly maximize human potential.
