Divided into various chapters based on the tools used to learn the clinical skills via clinical postings, skill laboratory, bedside clinics, DOAP sessions, small group discussions attended, self-directed learning (SDL) sessions, attitude, ethics, and communication skills (AETCOM).
All the skills are rated as per below expectation (B), meets expectation (M), exceeds expectation (E).

Few chapters are also dedicated to electives, pandemic module, and seminar presentation.
Last chapter on assessment record, reflective writing checklist, portfolio, and certifiable competency.
Other competencies are covered which can be certified by the respective departments of the institute.
The format is simplified in the form of tables as given according to the NMC logbook guidelines.
