She is an Industrial Psychologist by qualification and has done her Executive Education in Strategy and Execution from Harvard Business School. She has 3 decades of experience in branding and marketing and runs a successful branding & digital marketing company – Xebec Communications Pvt Ltd. She has consulted for over 100 clients in various sectors like BFSI, FMCG Education, B2B-Manufacturing & I.T., Healthcare, Travel, Retail and Real Estate to name a few. She is frequently invited as a keynote speaker and as a panellist on various industry forums. She also teaches in Management Schools. She is a keen observer of life and people in particular and reckons she is a lifelong learner.
